RUHB Volunteer Ambulance Drivers

As part of our contract to manage the car parking services for Royal United Hospitals Bath, we have allocated bays for the link/volunteer ambulance car drivers and signage has been installed at 3 locations on site. We have installed specific signage to welcome you on site.

The spaces by Gate 3 are time restricted and parking in this area is not available for link/volunteer ambulance drivers between 08:00-09:00 and 15:00-16:00 Mon-Fri as the signage also indicates. During these times, this area is used for parents dropping off and collecting their children in a long-standing arrangement with the neighbouring school.

It is important to note that free car parking in our patient and visitor car parks will no longer be possible when the new barriers are installed. We expect all of the work to be completed by 6th October 2022. We will have additional car parking staff on site, and they will be there to help with any issues. They can be found in the parking shop inside the atrium, next to main reception.
