We have launched a new portal to register for your Taxi Permit at West Midlands Railway and London Northwestern Railway locations. Both existing and new customers will need to register a new account on the new portal, when applying for the first time.

Vehicle Registration Updates

Vehicle registration change applications can be made by emailing our Customer Support Team: click here. Please provide the following details and a member of our team will process your application and if approved contact you via phone to arrange payment (£10.00) for the permit.

  • A copy of your new Vehicle Hackney Licence document
  • A copy of your new Driver Hackney Licence document
    Please note photos of your photo ID Card or Taxi are not accepted forms of documentation

Please then return your existing permit to the following address via recorded delivery once you have submitted your application via email. And if not wishing to make payment over the phone, please include a £10 Postal Order

General Enquiries

When do I renew my permit?
You can renew you permit up to 1 month before the expiry of the existing permit. This can be done on our Taxi Portal.

Can I transfer my permit to another owner?
Permits are non-transferable and cannot be used by any other proprietor. Please follow the permit cancellation process if the permit is no longer required.

How much is a permit?
The current permit prices are the following. Please note we are not accepting any new applications for Wolverhampton.
