Responding to customer enquiries quickly and thoroughly is important and underpins what we do. Our Customer Support Team engages with 1000’s customers on a weekly basis; yet at Saba UK  we are able to respond to enquiries quicker than some customers are anticipating.  To ensure we retain this Standard, we routinely monitor our performance.
