We collect images of you or your vehicle (including vehicle registration number) via the use of Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras, Close Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras, Parking Equipment or patrolling wardens (who may take photographs of your vehicle or capture footage of you and/or your vehicle while wearing body-worn camera equipment)

If a Parking Charge Notice (PCN), Penalty Notice (PN) or an Excess Charge Notice (ECN) is issued, we will request the keeper details from the DVLA, and or other sources, where necessary in order to obtain a name and address to send the Notice to.

In order to ensure that the parking contract and legal requirements which you entered into by parking onsite, and or purchased parking onsite, via the smartphone app or website is correctly performed and in order to protect the legitimate interests of us, the landowner and the public in the following ways:

6. DO WE SHARE ANY OF YOUR DATA OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM?
Where the site which you have visited is within the United Kingdom (UK), the data which we collect about you will not be transferred out of the UK.
We have some sites in countries that are outside of the UK, where this is the case, data may be transferred outside of the UK if necessary to carry out our services. Your data may also be processed by staff operating outside the UK who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details, and the provision of support services. This will be subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We will not store your personal data for any longer than six years in line with our Data Retention Policy and our legal and legitimate requirements.
Personal Information on Tickets, Permits, PCNs, ECNs, and PNs from the parking end date for tickets/permits or cancelled/paid/progressed date on PCNs/PNS/ECNs will be retained for 18 months.
CCTV and body-worn camera footage will be stored for a minimum of 30 days unless it is used for legal and legitimate purposes.
8. YOUR DATA RIGHTS
Under the General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR) you have the right:

9. SECURITY/HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data. Where possible we use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of:
