The London Borough of Sutton issue penalty charge notices for parking, moving traffic, and bus lane contraventions. We use civil enforcement officers (CEOs), and static and mobile CCTV cameras for enforcement.

Please note that it is not possible to appeal a Parking Fine or PCN after paying the penalty charge. Payment of a PCN indicates that the motorist has accepted liability and the right of appeal is lost.
