Application for Staff Parking E-Permit

New applications for staff e-permits can be made by clicking on the link below which will take you to the Staff Parking E-Permit Portal:

The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust (RCHT) online staff parking e-permit application portal.

All staff and students on RCHT placement either employed by The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust, honorary contracts with RCHT, long-term contracted services, and those organisations listed who wish to park in any of the staff car parks at any of the RCHT Hospital sites must apply for a parking e-permit via this portal.

The application process requires you to enter set information to enable RCHT to determine that you are entitled to park within the staff car parks.  You will, therefore, be required to enter your Staff Assignment Number (your Assignment Number is on your payslip), Vehicle Registration Number, Staff Pay Band, and Full Name.

Car parking on hospital sites

We encourage people to consider using alternative methods of travelling to work if at all possible and prioritise those providing direct clinical and patient services.

Members of staff who wish to park their vehicle on any Trust hospital site need a valid staff car parking permit. Your individual circumstances will determine the type of permit you are eligible to apply for and the car parking areas where you are permitted to park.
